Can I request OEM or ODM service from you?

Yes, of course since we are professional OEM & ODM service supplier of wristbands, lanyards and shoelaces. Please feel free to tell us your order requirements at any time!
What's the format of the artwork/design should I send?

We would like the logo/pattern/design in editable vector format such as ai, cdr, eps or pdf.
I want to custom your products, how to start my order and how to proceed with my order?

You can start your order as following steps.
(1)Send us email with your order details, such such product model that you want, quantity, product
shipping country, and other requests if you have any.
(2)We will send you quotation based on your requests of the products.
(3)After both of us agree with the price conditions, we will send you Proforma Invoice to make
payment(to send deposit or full payment is based on you), and at the same time, digital proof/artwork
will be sent to you to confirm.
(4)Photos of product's sample will be sent for your confirm by email before mass production if you
require sample for approval. If you don’t require a sample for approval, we will start the mass
production directly.
(5)Your order is shipped out after we finish mass production. Then we will update you the tracking
number.
How do l pay for my order?

Payment can be accepted through T/T(bank transfer), Paypal, We Chat, Alipay, etc.
How much is the shipping cost/freight charge to my country?

The shipping cost depends on the total weight of your packages and you location or destination.
Shipping cost may time to time update and the charge is not same it depend on the Express service providers adding their oil charge or other charges each month. We will tell you shipping cost as well in our quotation v=based on your order requirement.
How many days can I get my package?

By Air: 10~12 working days
By Sea: 30-40 working days
By Train(only available for some European countries): 38~45 working days
